•Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days from the date of confirmation.

•Pre-Order & Bulk Orders: Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

•School Uniform Season (July–September): Please allow extra time due to high demand.

 

 

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. For international delivery, please contact us directly to discuss available options.

 

 

We work with trusted courier services to ensure secure and prompt delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

 

 

If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply.

 

 

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as:

•Weather conditions

•High seasonal demand

•Public holidays or operational delays by couriers

 

We will notify you promptly if any delays occur.
